VISIT TO CAMERON HOUSE The Guild is planning a visit to Cameron House in the first week of July. The theme of the programme will be VE Day. The Guild would welcome anyone who has memories of that day (first-hand or inherited) which they are willing to share with the residents to join them for the visit. Any memorabilia which anyone could bring along or loan would also be greatly appreciated. Please sign the sheet at the back of the Church, or speak to Janet Winchester.
STRAWBERRY FAYRE  As you know, we plan to hold a “Strawberry Fayre” on Saturday 6th June from 2-4pm in the Church hall and grounds. As well as providing teas with home bakes, there will be a selection of stalls and old style games to entertain. These stalls will include Cake & Candy, Plants & Produce, a “Sunshine” Stall where everything on sale will be the colour yellow and a few more surprises! We are not having the usual books and bric-a-brac etc but it would be appreciated if you could hold onto such items as we plan to have a Church sale later in the year.

There is a list at the back of the church for names of those willing to help out on the day and also provide baking for the teas.  It is planned to have a meeting on Monday 25th May at 7pm in the Church hall to finalise plans for this event and anyone who intends to help at the Fayre will be welcome to come along.
