The Guild programme, unfortunately,  has had to be revamped since the syllabus was printed. We had a really good afternoon with the discussion topic in September. This was entitled “Let’s talk about working through conflict”. It was well received and also participated in by members.

In October, members watched the film “Albert’s Memorial” together. It was agreed that this was good fellowship and good fun.Albert

In November, Ross Polworth and Gary Dick of the Community Safety Police Department came to alert us to possible dangers from scammers and intruders. Again members found them really easy to listen to and ask questions of and very useful to keep ourselves and our neighbours safe in the community. £54 + was collected at the  Bring and Buy Stall for our latest Project “Breaking the Cycle of FGM”Beat doorstep crime

We are now looking forward to Guild Week— November 15th -22nd. Some of us will be attending the Afternoon meeting in Castle Street Church where we hope to meet with other Guild members in Ross Presbytery.
