SOUP LUNCH The Guild members would like to thank most sincerely all those who made Friday 4th November most memorable. The soups were delicious, the company scintillating and our very own author, SG Maclean ie Shona Vance, was a joy to listen to about her new book “The Black Friar”. The magnificent sum of £186 was raised to help the Guild Project, Prospects which helps people with learning difficulties to be part of worship in our church. Thank you to everyone who played any part in this.

INDUCTION OF THE REV’D ANDREW GRAHAM, TUESDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2016 Our ex-minister Andy is being inducted into his new charge on Tuesday, 29th November at 6.30pm at Coupar Angus Abbey Church. We have been invited to attend that Service but clearly getting to it may not be straightforward. If you have already made arrangements to travel down to Coupar Angus by car on the afternoon of 29th November, have a spare seat (or two) in your car and would be willing to take someone from the Church who is without transport, please enter your details on the form to be found at the rear of the Church. Alternatively, if you would like to attend the Service but have no transport, also add your name to the list at the back of the Church, and we will endeavour to fill the spare seats with passengers. We cannot guarantee a place for everyone who might want to attend but we will do our best to make sure that cars travel to Coupar Angus with seats filled where possible. Any questions, please contact the Session Clerk, Martin McLauchlan on 01349 861930 or email Martin.McLauchlan@bcs.org.uk
