SUNDAY CLUB AND FYF Sunday Club and FYF meet today at 10.50am. There is a Crèche for pre-school children each Sunday morning.

BREAKFAST CLUB Breakfast Club for nursery and primary children is today at 10.20am.

PRAYER GROUP Prayer meetings continue on Wednesday mornings at 10am in the Church hall. Prayer is the essential powerhouse of the Church and your participation would be greatly valued.

Informal prayer time before the morning service From 1015-1045 each Sunday the posh room is available for prayer spoken and unspoken, for our church, for the world and for current needs. Those who have participated come and go within that time so no need to stay for the half an hour. Feel free to drop in.

PASTORAL CARE TEAM You can be helped by the Team by contacting either your elder or the coordinator, Janette Steele (01349861591). We will try our very best to assist. Remember to allow time for arrangements to be made if you need to be taken to an appointment.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY We are off to a good start looking at the prophet Nahum. Why not join us on Wednesday 16th January at 1.30pm in the Church hall? The second study “The Lord is a jealous and avenging God”  leads us to the key truth “The Lord Jesus Christ not only died for us in His great passion but he will also judge the world in His great anger”. Not what we are used to hearing, so very intriguing. Come along and find out more. A great welcome awaits.

KIRK SESSION The Kirk Session will meet at 7.00pm on Thursday 17th January in the Church hall. Minutes and the Agenda have now been circulated to all elders so if you have not received your copy, please let the Session Clerk know.

GUILD VISIT TO CAMERON HOUSE The Guild plan to visit Cameron House on Thursday 17th January, leaving Conon at 1.45pm. If you did not give your name at last Monday’s Guild meeting, and wish to participate, please let Janet Winchester know (01349 865308).

Souper Sundae 20th January 2019 We will be celebrating Souper Sundae in the morning on Sunday 20th January this year. Donations of soup, bread/oatcakes and desserts would be appreciated. Please add your name to the list on the table at the back of the Church, indicating which type of soup or dessert you plan to make, to avoid duplication.

Highland Foodbank Lists of staple items can be picked up in the annex of the Church. Any non-perishable foods, cleaning and toiletries are very welcome. Thank you for all the donations you have made. Sadly, we still need your help.

World Mission Council Newsletters The latest edition of this newsletter is now available. There is a variety of articles, including two relating to the HIV/AIDS programme, which we will support through Souper Sundae later this month. Sorry I did not get copies to Sheena in time for them to go out with the January Life and Work, but there are plenty copies on the table at the back of the Church. Please help yourselves.

The Leprosy Mission Prayer Diary 2019 There are copies of this publication on the table at the back of the Church. It includes a lot of information about TLM and its work around the world. Please take a copy. More can be ordered if required.

PASTORAL DUTIES Rev’d Stephen Macdonald can be contacted on 864273 if required for any Pastoral duties.
