HOLIDAY CLUB Holiday club meets today at 10.50 and will run through the school holidays.
PRAYER GROUP Prayer meetings continue on Wednesday mornings at 10am in the Church hall. Prayer is the essential powerhouse of the Church and your participation would be greatly valued.
Informal prayer time before the morning service From 1015-1045 each Sunday the posh room is available for prayer spoken and unspoken, for our church, for the world and for current needs. You can come and go within that time so no need to stay for the half an hour. Feel free to drop in.
PASTORAL CARE TEAM The team is still available during the holiday season to be of assistance. Please contact either your elder or the coordinator, Janette Steele (01349861591), and we will do our best to help. Do allow time for arrangements to be made.
FAVOURITE HYMNS On Sunday evening 4th August we are inviting folk to choose their favourite hymns. We can have 7 hymns on the night followed by tea/coffee afterwards (we’ll need it!). Please let the minister know your favourite hymn and if there is any particular story as to why the hymn is important to you. Hymn choices to be chosen by Sunday 28th July.
GUILDLINK OUTING The meeting in Perth with our Guildlink partners from Port Glasgow has been re-arranged for Monday 12th August. If anyone who did not sign up for the original date would like to join us on that date, please contact Janet Winchester as soon as possible, so that bus tickets can be arranged. (01349 865308)
HIGHLAND FOODBANK Thank you for your amazing generosity each week. It is much appreciated by our church, the Foodbank volunteers and, of course, the recipients. As you may have seen in the press, the numbers requiring this help seems to be ever growing. So please, during this school holiday period, be more than ever aware of the needs of the people in our community and put a little extra in your shopping trolley to donate. Thank you.
PASTORAL DUTIES Rev’d Stephen Macdonald can be contacted on 864273 if required for any Pastoral duties.
