PRAYER GROUP Prayer meetings continue on Wednesday mornings at 10am in the Church hall. Prayer is the essential powerhouse of the Church and your participation would be greatly valued.

Informal prayer time before the morning service From 10.15-10.45am each Sunday the posh room is available for prayer spoken and unspoken, for our church, for the world and for current needs. You can come and go within that time so no need to stay for the half an hour. Feel free to drop in.

PASTORAL CARE TEAM  If you need help don’t hesitate to contact either your district elder or the coordinator, Janette Steele (01349861591),and we will do our very best to assist. Remember to allow time for arrangements to be made.

BUNDLES OF FUN For all parents/carers, babies + toddlers, every Thursday in the hall from 1pm-2:30pm. Come along and relax over a cup of tea/coffee whilst you watch the children play.

ORDINATION Mrs Irene Munro will be ordained in Ferintosh Parish Church by the Presbytery of Ross at 7pm on Friday 20th September as an Ordained Local Minister. The service is open to all and everybody is welcome.

CROSSREACH The CrossReach Calendar sample is to hand for Christmas. Since we need to place an order soon to allow folk to post abroad more cheaply, there is a sheet at the back of the Church and in the Church Hall so that you can order. No money required until we receive the order. This year there are also samples of the cards you can order from the catalogue. These samples and the catalogues will be in the Church Hall after the service. All monies received from the sale of these items help the Social Care Work of the Church of Scotland to provide care for the most vulnerable in our society. Your support is much appreciated.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY The group will meet again on Wednesday 18th  September to study the book of Ezra. Please give prayerful thought to joining us, we’d really welcome anyone who wants to study God’s word. Look out for the invitations with details at the back of the Church.

HARVEST THANKSGIVING FLOWERS The Church will be decorated for Harvest Thanksgiving and the Church hall will be open on Saturday 28th to receive flowers and foliage from 9.30am. If you can give of your time in any way to help, it would be most appreciated and you don’t need to be a flower arranger. This is a wonderful opportunity to work together in God’s name and to appreciate the beauty of his world. If you have any small baskets you could spare these would be most appreciated. The flowers will be uplifted following the morning service for distribution. Contact Jeannette Cameron 01463 870416 should you wish further information.
