On Wednesday 22nd June, members of the Guild made a visit to Cameron House, Inverness. This is a Care Home run by CrossReach for those living with dementia.
We enjoyed “Favourites”. This came in the form of favourite Psalms and hymns; favourite colours; favourite tastes; favourite scents; favourite songs and favourite textures to touch. From the singing and the responses of the residents, it was a most successful time of fellowship.
Margaret, the activities organiser, also ensured we enjoyed a welcome cuppa before we left to come home.
An afternoon of great blessing!
