On Friday 1st December, the Guild hosted the Soup Lunch for the month. It was very well attended and there were very generous patrons.

A short act of worship was followed by lots of soup-eating and lots of chat. Janet had prepared a Christmas Quiz which was very good fun.

The amazing sum of £200 was raised for the Project which this year is “Let’s Stick Together” helping young families to work together to stay together at this quite stressful time. This is part of the charity “Care for the family”.

On Monday, the Guild met again for the Christmas Lunch which was held in the Cottage Bar, Maryburgh. A great time was had by all (Sorry I missed it!) Lovely to have Mary with us from Urray House.
