SUNDAY CLUB AND FYF Sunday Club and FYF meet today at 10.50am. There is a Crèche for pre-school children each Sunday morning.

BREAKFAST CLUB Breakfast Club for nursery and primary children is today at 10.20am.

PRAYER GROUP Prayer meetings continue on Wednesday mornings at 10am in the Church hall. Prayer is the essential powerhouse of the Church and your participation would be greatly valued.

Informal prayer time before the morning service From 1015-1045 each Sunday the posh room is available for prayer spoken and unspoken, for our church, for the world and for current needs. You can come and go within that time so no need to stay for the half an hour. Feel free to drop in.

PASTORAL CARE TEAM Please contact the team if you need some help. This can be either through your elder or the coordinator, Janette Steele (01349 861591), and we will try to assist. Allow time for arrangements to be made if you require to be taken to appointments.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY Come and join us in the study of the prophet Nahum next Wednesday 13th February in the Church Hall at 1.30pm for approximately an hour. We will continue with study five entitled, “I am against you” when we hope to examine the key point “If the Lord is against you then there can be no comfort”. Not a usual theme for us but we are learning such a lot from this small but significant book. Hope you can meet us there.

BUNDLES OF FUN For all parents/carers, babies + toddlers, every Thursday in the hall from 1pm-2:30pm. Come along and relax over a cup of tea/coffee whilst you watch the children play.

RIVER CAFÉ The next River Cafe takes place in the Church Hall on Wednesday 13th February from 2pm-3.30pm. This gives the opportunity to meet up for a chat while enjoying some tea/coffee and home baking. Why not drop in, even for a few minutes? We look forward to welcoming you there.

COMMUNION Our next Communion services will be on Sunday 3rd March. This is always a good opportunity for anyone who wishes to profess their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour to do so by becoming a member of the local church. Please speak to the minister or any elder to find out more about faith and commitment.

SOUPER SUNDAE The final total raised at our soup and sweet lunch was £222. Gift Aid, when claimed by the World Mission Council, will take this up to around £250. A great contribution to the work of the Church’s HIV/AIDS programme. Once again, very many thanks to all who participated in any way, and all who donated.

HIGHLAND FOODBANK In the next few weeks, the Foodbank would like us to help with tins of ham, diluting juice, Smash (dried potato), pot noodles, ladies deodorant, washing powder (small packets) and washing-up liquid. All non-perishable foods are most welcome every week. Thank you for your generosity.

CROSSREACH CrossReach are inviting YOU to design their Christmas Card for 2019. This would be a great year to do this since CrossReach is celebrating 150 years of Social Care! Details of the competition can be found on the Notice Board inside the Church Hall. Closing date is Monday 1st April, so giving you plenty of time to hone your artistic skills. The latest CrossReach News, with details of the Moderator’s visits to the facilities in Highland, is now available and copies are at the rear of the Church together with their Prayer Diary for February to May. Please take one.

Rev’d Stephen Macdonald can be contacted on 864273 if required for any Pastoral duties.
